Late penalty: if a job runs longer than the quoted turnaround, a deduction is applied to the final workmanship payment. Exact terms to be confirmed with workshops (TBC).

Car tracker — live location

Every vehicle's current location shown in the dashboard tracking tab. All vehicles parked at the car park overnight (10pm–5am).

5 AM daily report

Auto-sent at 5 AM WAT. Status of each vehicle from 10pm the previous night. Any movement in that window is logged and flagged.

Papers, licenses & insurance

Vehicle documents, insurance, and driver license renewals tracked with reminders before expiry.

Dedicated 24/7 ops line

Driver emergencies routed to a trained Balancèe ops team — not a single person. Towing coordinated via third parties at cost, no markup.
