Work carried out against the approved quote. Status updates live. Balancèe Ops monitors turnaround against committed time.
Major damage → Balancèe files the claim (insurer pays). Minor → AUTOGIRL settles directly. Severity judged case-by-case.
Job closed and reconciled. Full service history logged. Availability pushed back to Muvment so the vehicle re-enters the booking pool.
